Your content

You keep all rights to the images you process. Because processing happens in your browser, we never receive your images and claim no license over them. You are responsible for having the rights to the images you split and for how you use the results.

Permitted use

The tools are free for personal and commercial projects. You may not use the site to process unlawful content, to build a competing service that proxies it, or in any way that attempts to disrupt its operation.

Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue any tool at any time. Processing quality depends on your device, browser and image size; keep your own copies of anything important — nothing is stored for you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Image Splitter is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the tools or their output, including print results or content posted to third-party platforms such as Instagram.

Third-party platforms

References to Instagram, Adobe, Microsoft and other products are descriptive only; the site is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Respect their terms when posting split images.
